All Play Crew on the Go Team Members are required to be over the age of XX and possess a valid driver’s license and dependable source of transportation to and from work. Nearly all of our employees have previous childcare experience and/or a passion for working with children. Additionally, they must pass an extensive background check, have or obtain CPR and First Aid Training, and pass an initial drug test.

Yes, all Play Crew on The Go Team Members go through a thorough criminal history and background check process in order to gain employment.

Absolutely. The completion of Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid Training is a prerequisite for employment with Play Crew on The Go. Additionally, we have policies in place to ensure that these certifications are kept current for all team members.

This is based on team member availability and demand. You can certainly request a certain team member during the booking process; however, we cannot guarantee their availability. We can assure you that your children will be in good hands regardless of the team member assigned!

Yes, definitely! This is what makes Play Crew on The Go different than other babysitting services. Our team members show up to the job equipped with crafts, games, and activates to keep your children entertained and having fun. If you have a special activity request that you’d like us to consider, please add it during the booking process.

It is. Play Crew on The Go specializes in both single-family and group childcare. When booking, simply specify “Group” an indicate the number of children who will be present for the job.

Payment for our services is accepted through our online booking portal. We require payment in advance for our services. Help with this.

At this time, Play Crew On the Go team members are not permitted to provide transportation to children in their care, including walking field trips.

Yes, Play Crew on The Go is happy to provide childcare onsite at businesses or meeting centers. To book childcare for this type of event, please select the “Group” option in our online portal.

Yes, we can. Play Crew on The Go has an hourly payment structure and can provide services for up to 12 hours. In these situations, we recommend you book for the maximum time and adjust accordingly to ensure the team member has the availability to stay onsite.
